It's called a "boss cover". They come in flat and curved variety. SJS had some in stock last time I needed them for Paul Thumbies.

What is the max rear tyre size: width or height in a Cervélo P3c (old version, pre 2014?) Does 25mm fit?

There's more wiggle room for height with the track frames because the slots are longer. You probably can't go over 23mm width wise with proper clearance, but I've had a 25C Open Corsa in mine without any trouble which was actually about 26mm wide.

Depends on what the frame is specced to take.

2.1s, as the tyre is. I think I'm going to seek a wider cable guide or use some of these and these to mount full housing
