How do I stream a movie stored on my MacBook to a chromecast?

just plug your macbook into an hdmi connected to your telly and forget about chromecast.

You should ideally be running 3 spacers (2 NDS, 1 DS) as the cranks are set up for 73mm BB shell.

The chainline shouldnt really be a problem since you are running a RD.

R02 is designed for 68mm shell, so therefore no spacers. I think the issue may be that the interface between crank and ring is further outboard on this than the RS7 the ring is meant for, to allow space for the bearings.

I know there's some leeway with 1x chainline but 53mm+ sounds like it's pushing it.

Yeah I was going to, and probably will, but they're closed again now for a few days. We exchanged a few emails before, they seem helpful. There's a guy near here with a mint pair of RS7s, if he'll let me fit them to check I may just buy them. Square taper is probably not a bad idea on a muddy touring bike.

The workpiece sucks energy out of your iron. You need enough power input to achieve flow temperature at the joint, so larger (0r more thermally conductive) workpieces need a higher power iron.

They can put more heat into the things being soldered, i.e 0.5mm cable small iron, 6mm cable larger wattage iron. With the larger cable heat escapes quicker than it can be supplied, therefore never gets hot enough to melt the solder correctly.

Highly recommend the Carrera Axle from Halfords - got one for the wife and it's perfect for her.

Purple, fat 27.5" tyres, low standover, loads of mounts for baskets/mudguards and just generally a solid bike.

Just get it checked over properly before riding.

Most commutery highbreads are much of a muchness, just check it's at least 8 speed, get proper mudguards fitted if it doesn't have them and bonus points for cheap hydro discs.

How worn are these chainrings? Came with a crankset I bought, didn't ask because I would be replacing them anyway, but if they're in a decent state I might sell them on.

They look fine. You could put a chain on them and see how much backlash it has compared with new ones.
