yes just re-bleed

Probably don't even need to bleed if you're careful, although snipping the end of the hose off and fitting a new barb and olive might be a good idea.

Trying to get hold of a SRAM automatix 2 speed for Gate belt drive. Does anyone know a source? Sram UK or the importers are proving to be not very efficient or useful.

I definitely know what that means.
Thanks!

What's the limit for tyre clearance under a rear caliper? I'm trying to squeeze 28s onto my nice bike and it's left things rather toight!
-
• #79007
Depends on the bike and caliper.
-
• #79008
No worries.
-
• #79009
It's more about clearance for wheel flex, if there's small amount of room, then it will rub on the brake/chainstay when pushing it.

Wasn't sure where to post this as it covers a few different things.
I've got an openvpn server set up on linux, all works fine.
I want to be able to access the server from my work laptop (Windows 7). I don't have admin rights so I can't install the openvpn client on there. I can set up a new VPN connection through control panel but I can't work out how to get the openvpn settings in there. Googling just seems to suggest installing the client. Any solutions to this? Cheers

Internet diagnosis please. I crashed 3 weeks ago, the tip of my elbow being one of the landing sites. It was pretty painful for a few days, particularly to touch. Fast forward 3 weeks and it's a lot better, but still very painful to touch in a specific spot. I have full range, can pick things up fine etc etc, just painful to touch. Nothing loose in there as far as I can tell.
Do I ignore and it will go away?

I bought a bike online.
It came with one missing muduard mount. The boss on one rear stay.I don't plan to use it with mudguards now (SSCX), but I might at some point or if I ever want to sell it.
Returning is a major pita though. I don't have much time or energy to pack and wait for pick up. The shop has asked me what I want to do.
What do I want to do? Suggestions are appreciated!
Ask for partial refund? The bike was already discounted as ex display/sample.
What's fair? 10%, 20% 50%?(It's the one that don't quite look good with my fork which add to the downer)

if something is twingey pingey to the touch for an extended period of time it's probably a good reason to get it checked out.
-
• #79016
Is it classed a&e if it happened 3 weeks ago?
-
• #79017
probably not. just go to to your GP for a referal. or punch yourself in the face to avoid any A&E awkwardness.

Ribble 853 steel and a Campag Record skeleton single-pivot. I think I'm going to have to ditch that because it leaves about 1-2mm of clearance above the tyre, so it will rub sideways if there's any flex or the wheel takes a slight knock.
I've just switched the caliper for a Centaur dual-pivot and that's much more roomy, so I'll just give my wanted thread for a Campag dual pivot skeleton rear caliper (preferably Record) a bump.

If you don't mind switching to shimano, my 5800 brakes clear 25 mm + 35 mm mudguards with enough room to spare!
