Low profile FD clamps? Looking at fitting slightly wider tyres and it may start rubbing the clamp (current clearance is 1-1.5mm using 23c on wide rim using the stock black shimano one clamp).
Am I stuck with the Parlee carbon clamp or are there other options?

@andy_k @Hefty @Khornight2 Thanks a lot. Permanent markers always seem to go a bit purple in my experience. Hammerite is probably the most sensible idea, but the vinyl appeals because it's removable. Gonna look into that a bit more. Might add some to rub points for where the lock rubs too. Thanks again. Very helpful.

Can anyone recommend a dermatologist in London (removing a mole)?
Ideally central or north.
Thanks .

You have a central and North mole? Maybe you can get a 2 for 1 offer.

Just bought a fecking expensive (well, expensive for me, a fat old bastard on an otherwise budget bike) carbon seatpost.
What precautions should I take inserting it into my aluminium frame. Lithium grease?
Tl;dr? - Is there a cream for that?

Carbon assembly paste and a torque wrench.

Lost one of the little screws that hold the steel inserts on the track ends, do I need to replace? If so anyone know the size?

Is this a short or medium cage mech

What does it say on the back?
Alternatively measure the cage length c2c and compare with Sheldon http://www.sheldonbrown.com/harris/derailers-rear.html

60mm, so must be medium

do I need to replace?
Eventually, but probably no rush. The screws just stop the face plates from falling off when the wheel is out.
If so anyone know the size?
On the PX? No idea, but if I had to take a stab in the dark I'd guess M3×8mm. Take another one out and either measure it or take it to the fastener shop and ask for a match.

Odd request but I have to give a talk tomorrow and my computer's Internet connection is borked.
Could someone please look up an aesthetically pleasing photo of a group of tourists on safari watching a big cat.
Something like this one would be perfect http://wwwgreeneridealcom.c.presscdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/wildlife_tourism-600x375.jpg
My difficulty is that I'm restricted to my phone and I can't work out how to make Google filter the images by size. I need something large enough and high enough quality to go in a power point presentation on a large screen.
If you could link it here so that I can download it on my phone and transfer it to my computer then that would be awesome. Otherwise I'll be umming and erring in front of a blank screen tomorrow.

Use this search string, replacing "tiger" with whatever gets you the result you want. The 2mp in the query yields images >2 million pixels, you can use 4mp to getter higher resolution if you need to.
https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=tiger&tbm=isch&tbs=isz:lt,islt:2mp
NB, LFGSS fucks that by inserting a non-displaying character in the url if you just copy and paste, but if you edit out the junk to make sure your browser is displaying the url as you can see it here, it works.

6000, I like SKF E2 for track/dry weather but you'll want rubber seals for general road use. Simply Bearings are nice people to do business with
SKF 6000-2RS -

Does anyone know of anywhere in London which stocks 1 inch to 1 1/8 inch stem shims? Condor?
-
• #70099
You're better off asking if anyone has them in a parts bin. I think when I was looking @Dakin offered a shim. Not sure if he still has a spare or not. I eventually got one from Talbot when I was doing a delivery and happened to ask on the off chance.

Your Android phone should be able to be a wifi hotspot, unless yours has been crippled by your network.
A little sandpaper and a tin of hammerite?
