I'm looking for vegan birthday cake that I can pick up in London today.
Any ideas?Hope you found something, I didn't see this early enough. There seem to be so many vegan bakers around London now.

i always like to watch antiques roadshow, right from back in the day with hugh scully and his weird hair, now and again they do get some fine furniture, what my chimp like mind finds most perplexing, more than hugh's hair back in the day is
an "occasional table"
wtf? does this mean it's 'occasional'-y a table if the moods suits? or does it do shift work as a microwave/apple/fish? -

No, it's a table which is used occasionally, and is just in the way the rest of the time. As opposed to the dining table and the kitchen table, which are used every day.

working on a Vento Reaction G3 front wheel - I managed to lift the caps which was a bit of a struggle, but now... how do I get the bearings out?
Campagnolo website nor YouTube offers any help and although I have replacement bearings at hand I am hesitant to use the only way I can figure out: bang at the axle (protected by a bit of wood of course) with a hammer to push one side out, then tap out the other from the other side. Any advice would be much appreciated, cheers

I take it that is a sealed hub? Here: http://bicycles.stackexchange.com/questions/27272/sealed-hubs-vs-normal-hubs suggests a puller/press.

Shit. Sorry dude, used to go there a bit, and like you saw the website was up and running

I've replaced cartridge bearings using a rubber mallet to tap the axle out. It's not a problem. It's a good idea to put the new bearings in the fridge or freezer for a short while before putting them in place as this makes them easier to put into place.

I'm looking for details of the training that TFL are/were offering lorry drivers that included half a day on a bike (I think). Seem to recall it counted towards their annual certifications, and TFL paid for some/all of it?
Any ideas?

cheers again! I'll get the hammer out and chuck the replacement bearings in the fridge
I once replaced an overhead bearing on my Land Rover V8 gearbox (long time ago) with a similar trick; input shaft went into the freezer, bearing on the stove, dropped right on to never come off again (/csb)

Does any know if the hubs which come with the most recent Genesis Volant 20 will take an 11 speed hub? I strongly suspect they won't which means my mate will require a wheel upgrade which I don't think he has considered

according to this
http://www.genesisbikes.co.uk/bikes/road/a-road/volant-20
they're
Joytech A171RCC/F192RCC
which according to this
https://lfgss.microcosm.app/api/v1/files/fabef932e1667a99ce64ea00186ad6ea32ebaebd
are 8/9/10spd Shimano hubs, so no probably won't fit 11 spd
Soccer Scene on Carnaby Street is now closed (as in it's no longer trading).
Someone should tell the FUCKING WEBSITE.
Tonight Matthew, I'll be playing football in a pair of Vans. So now at least I have an excuse when we lose.
