By ovaries I mean the area that my ovaries would be if I were a woman.

I was hoping someone could resolve this for me.
My wife is insisting that Vangelis did the soundtrack to a movie in 1982.
I am sure they didn't because I have a hazy recollection that the band and I were, like, totally blasted together for the whole of that year.
If anyone can confirm that Vangelis did not collaborate in the creation of such a soundtrack I would be most grateful.
Of course, if they did, then my wife would be equally grateful. -

Bladerunner (1982). Music by Vangelis. Which isn't a band, but a person (real name Evangelos Odysseas Papathanassiou). Wife wins.

Yeah, you know, Arnie goes to Mars and turns on an alien oxygen machine. But it might be all a dream. That one.

Broke my nose two weeks ago and now the swelling and bruising has gone down I'm left with a basically intact hooter but with a small dent on one side of the bridge and a small sharp bump on the other (presumably a chip of bone that's sticking out). It's not painful unless touched and I have no trouble breathing etc. should I go to the doctor/nurse? What will they do? I'm assuming they'll have to knock me out to fix it which seems like a bit OTT.
Feels silly going though all that given that it's such a trivial and almost entitrely aesthetic issue but I suppose I should get it looked at.
Anyone had a similar issue?

Never had a broken nose but I reckon I'd get it looked at.

^^
Get it set. I don't care about mine thankfully, but I think that's because I made a decision not to. You could regret it when you just miss out on a GQ cover. -

Now that it's healing up they'll have to break it again to straighten it, but they have special rods for nose straightening (or so I've heard on a podcast).

Should I buy some non-top-flight aero wheels which fulfil all my criteria (wide/aero/sub 1K) or shall I buy some second hand Mavics which only fulfil 2... (aero and sub 1K).
I'm itching to buy something and it's getting the better of me.

Doesn't really fit N+1, do you currently have fewer wheelsets than bikes?
Would new wheels really give your bike fleet the maximum upgrade value-for-money?
I'd probably keep the cash for another project.

Shimano XT M780 triple chainset
Does the cool slantiness of the spider interfere with using a normal "square tab" singlespeed chainring in the middle position?

Mavic make wheels that are actually aero? I though most testing showed them to be pretty shit, apart from the new ones with the clip on rim strips.

~~Where to buy 120mm axle bearings cones etc? for my rear fixed wheel
I don't know the hub manufacturer?~~
I'm a plum. It's not 120mm it's 170mm.
Anyway seeing as I'm missing a ball bearing on one side I've more than likely fucked the hub surfaces but say I haven't where do I buy all the shit to overhaul the hub? More importantly what do I ask for?
I'd like to go and pick it up and do it this weekend preferably

Yes, Cosmic Carbone is only about 3W at 50km/h worse than a Hed3

Morgan what about Zipp 60? Same as profile 2010 404 ..
Or DuraAce 9000 50-CL ? They look rank and the decals are under lacquer though

DuraAce 9000 50-CL ?
Only if you have money to burn. RS81-C50 has the same rims and spokes without the ridiculously expensive Ti freehub, saving about £300 without affecting performance.

• #62019
Yeah that too .. a bit of weight penalty though; aesthetically same ..
Zipp 60 are less rank looking and a little light

The io and comete? I presume they are since they are used in every track competition.

Well yes but we were talking about road wheels.

For the first time in 4 years of travelling with work I have managed to build some leisure time onto the end of a trip.
I have approximately 5 days in Peninsular Malaysia to do something fun after a conference in Melaka. Does anyone have any recommendations of places to go/see/do?
Things that interest me:
Mountains, forests, rural communities and culture, hiking, wildlife.Things that don't:
resorts, drunk tourists and gap yah students. -

Q
just put a TA Full Track chainring on my omniums. looking along the profile, the chainring doesn't sit flush against the spider (the factory truativ chainring is wider about the bolt). does this matter?!(given the popularity of the omnizen combo, which has the same issue, i think not: http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j195/patrickdcurley/bik/photo-59_zps711729f0.jpg)

As long as you have bolts that work ok it'll be fine.

How bad would it be to combine a 50mmOD headtube for ZS headsets with a fork with a crown diameter of 47mm?
effectively there would be a 1.5mm bump (for lack of a better word) around the crown..
I want my ovaries to stop hurting, I blame the 5 braeburns I ate today.
