What umop3pisdn said. Had precisely that when I got my frame this week Bahn. "Loaded to vehicle for delivery at 5.30 am", then next thing I knew via the online tracking was that it had been signed for, so should be with you today just fine.

I wanted one of those for a road shoes I have my eyes on;
But the shoes only have road cleat holes that required this;

Could you use the rubber pontoons from some SH-70/71 cleats?

How annoying is it to maintain a cup and cone Sugino 75 BB over a sealed bearing Centaur?
-
• #59587
Well, one requires maintenance and the other doesn't.
That will be a bother to some. -

Stretch, but don't lean.

Mobile phone. Silent mode. Check pocket.

haha. I think stretching it earlier did help. I just hope it doesn't carry on into tomorrow.

Have you been doing some new intense strength based exercise? It can often have this effect and will pass. Stretching is good unless the cause is an injury.
If there is no injury and its not weight training related either, then it could be a lack of electrolytes? Have something salty, a few bananas and a big drink and report back.

I made some banana milkshake to stock up on magnesium and I think it did the job. It was nothing serious but just really annoying.
It is the 'intense' exercise I think. My knees have recovered enough for me to do squats and jump and reaches so I got a bit over excited, especially since the stronger my knees get the faster they recover. I'm being a good boy and resting today though :)

Please can someone explain the difference between Power and Ultra Torque?
Thanks!
-
• #59600
PowerTorque is like GXP but without the redeeming self extracting bolt for the splined crank. It's cheap and nasty. UltraTorque has an expensive but brilliant Hirth joint in the middle of the axle. It's the kind of joint you find in jet engines, and it's invention was a work of genius, but the cost of making it is too high to be competitive in the OEM market for bikes below ~£2k
I'm expecting a delivery from Parcelforce of summat bought on ebay which I insisted was sent for Saturday delivery.
Latest tracking says 'Loaded to vehicle for delivery' at 1:03am which seemed promising but there's no suggestion that this vehicle has since gone anywhere. Is that normal?
