Wouldn't surprise me. I used to drink/eat an imperial fuck tonne of sugary stuff. Stress has always been high though a low bmi is usually good.

I get cramps in my feet if my shoes are too narrow. I got pretty wide feet and with my inline skates I get cramps in the front and middle pretty quick. Besides cramps also numbness. Wider shoes and good support (nice inlay soles) can solve that. Also: less beer, more water.

Go and see a doctor rather than receive a dodgy forum diagnosis. A couple of blood tests should decide if you are diabetic or not and it may not even come to that. There may be a simpler explanation for your cramps.

I just checked online and never heard of it before but I can find several sites linking Diabetes and cramps in foot.

Citation? I can't find any evidence that gook is used at all in British English, and in 'merkin it has referred to various kinds of forrins not limited to East Asians for about 120 years, but not to their or anybody else's eyes, as far as I can see

Google translate the Dutch word ''spleetoog'' which literally translates to ''split eye'' gives me gook.

I think google translate (well-known for being arse) is giving you the pejorative as a slang result. I'm not sure that there's a proper translation in English without using the technical term, but I could be wrong.

The multiple cases of Diabetes on one side of the family suggests there's a definite risk.

WHY THE FUCK CAN'T YOU JUST CALL THEM ASIAN PEOPLE?

Gooks are people too FFS, and customarily refers to enemy combatants in 'Nam and the locals in the Philipines and other nearby places where the US forces have been based.

Chinese people are not typically gooks. I would expect a different racist term to be applied to Japanese people.
