I've got 38mm tubs. It's that bastard inbetween size. 20mm extenders would do it I reckon.
The above link was for 30mm, no?

I was looking at some 20mm extenders today in Bluedoor (I was looking for spare valves).

I've just found some 20mm conti jobs on Amazon. Don't pinch the last pair if there's only one left..!
-
• #55180
I wasn't going to link to Conti products ;)

There was some 20mm conti on eBay. But they were in Auz. Who would ever buy anything from Auz..
-
• #55182
Auztria?

I have Ambrosio Nemesis on my Serotta and like them a lot.
My perception of them (helped by the Queen of the North laser cut into them) is that they are cobbled classic focussed- is there a more generic road-race and/or track version?
-
• #55187
There's the F20 Crono in the Ambrosio range which are lighter weight 340g alloy tubular rims, but, it's thinner walled, and so weaker and less stable then the Nemesis.

In the unlikely event that you'd want such old fashioned rims on the track, Crono F20 would probably be the choice. The Nemesis is OK for general road racing, it only acquired the Spring classics role by being among the last available aluminium sprint rims before carbon got its act together on the cobbles, having been usurped by carbon for all other purposes years beforehand.

Excellights, oh you want tubular, as above

Did http://www.belgiumkneewarmers.com shut down or move?
-
• #55191
The Crono is only available in 28 or 32, I am after 36- should I just get Nemesis again?
-
• #55192
Anyone know of a good place I can get some box section aluminium? Looking for 2 metres of around 40x40mm profile. My local b&q had nothing.

What lock ring would a Dura Ace 7100 track hub need?
-
• #55195
^^I don't want to order as I have no way of being home to accept the delivery and my workplace might not be best pleased about a 2m piece of metal being delivered to my desk.
-
• #55197
Oh..
-
• #55198
Get it delivered to someone elses house/workplace?
Or, get it sent to your house when you know you won't be in, and then go pick it up from the depot?
-
• #55199
True, I could go depot. But in this instance I fancy the idea of walking into a metal shop and perusing, but I will order if I must.
-
• #55200
I suspect a metal shop would only be open whilst you are at work.
