  • I was wondering if you could get cheap silk pajamas there.

  • i was wondering if i could get silk pajamas in london

  • I'm wondering what India would be like if Aurangzeb acted like his father.

  • Cheers looks decent but I need one that does 1/8".

    It does do 1/8"

Are you a stranger to Southall?

Certain we've seen silk saris there,
those emporia may also have the pajamas you seek.

  • hugo, that chain tool is the business (the jobsworth pro), I have one and it is better than anything I have ever used. I can bring mine to work with me in Euston if you like? I don't need it anytime soon.

  • What is the most effective (not expensive) method to send a crankset to Netherlands?

  • I have developed a cyst on my dirty inch. It used to be to the left then I went docs and he gave me penicillin and it went but now it's returned to the right. Before I go docs what the fuck can I do to stop it coming.

I have upped my commute to 30 a day and have a reasonably hipster pursuit position so I think this is why but for fuck sake I don't need another bollock.

    PS
I do shower and change Lycra regulars

  • Change of saddle. Or adjustment of the position of your current one.

  • ^ Edited - exactly this.

  • Clean your shorts regularly, ie dont wear the same pair several days in a row, they are a haven for bacteria and infection. I cycle between multiple pairs.

Chammy cream might help too although I don't have too much experience with that.

  • An old Turbo saddle all the way forward so time for a new stem <100mm.

I shower twice and cycle the Lycras Hovis. Clearly not enough

  • Its basically friction causing breakage in the skin allowing bacteria to get in.

The best thing to do. Would be to find a combination of saddle+position and bibs. That eliminated friction. But we're all on that quest.

The easy thing to do. Is buy some gooch cream. Folk will shout Rapha and Assos. But I like Butt'r. Get euro style for a cheap thrill.

  • If you're going to use butter, don't get the Brittany salted.

  • Introduced to me tenderly by Marlon Brando.

  • The level of the saddle is sorted without any knackerknumbness I could raise the stem a piece in the meantime.

I cycle between Aldi winter tights with the stupid pad position and Karrimor's. The sponge like Karrimors rub and the Aldi's are in the wrong place.

As I continue to lose weight I find more fucking problems. That's why fatties are jolly.

  • All the film I watch use spit, what's wrong with spit?

  • Depends on whose spit.

  • An old Turbo saddle all the way forward so time for a new stem <100mm.

I shower twice and cycle the Lycras Hovis.

Your gusset region is still covered in bacteria though. You need to douse yourself in TCP and rubbing alcohol before and after every ride.

Fix this before anything else. Even if you had the perfect saddle, position and hygiene routine, this alone would likely cause you problems. Invest in some good bibs and see what happens.

  • Sounds like you need better bibs. But ultimatly the friction needs stopping.

Lowering your saddle a few mm might be a quick fix.

  • Does anyone have experience with Rhapsody? It's a Spotify and Google All Access competitor but it's the only one to offer a multiple user account. I can't see a way of trying it so would like to know if it's any good.

  • On a budget I'd recomend DHB. Not as nice as Rapha Et al. But it isnt the massive difference you'd expect. Also. If you're losing weight, maybe you need to go down a size to hold the pad in place?

I find standing straight uncomfortable in a perfect fitting bib.

    I'm leaning towards TW2's suggestions.

I do have some Bib shorts I haven't worn yet.

    Decisions????
