Just use simple soap and water. She'll hate you for it equally whatever you use :)
-

Don't care if she hates me but using soap on a cat? She will groom herself afterwards.
And cleaning her with water isn't difficult. Her fur is so dense that if I use a wet washcloth she thinks I'm petting her. I do that when it's hot in the summer to keep her cool.

Baby wipes?
James often paints himself with oil.
-
• #52605
wet wipes - minimal liquid or residue, just sufficient for surface cleaning?

Deffo baby wipes (also a top chain cleaning tool as well). If you don't have any baby wipes then a little bit of baby oil will work wonders.

don't have wet wipes or baby oil. I do have baby shampoo. I don't know if it hurts my cat though? Kind of mild stuff, I use it to clean the inside of my eyelids.

Any ideas for removing one very pissed off cat from a 'Park Cyclone' chain cleaning tool?
I should read these things more carefully :-/

what is the name of a thin glass hemisphere, which has had photographic emulsion painted on the inside, blacked out on the outside, and been used to record a pinhole image, which once developed can be viewed from the inside (or outside if the blackout is removed)?
I saw some once in an exhibition, they were quite old I think maybe 1950s.Interesting idea but not something I've come across - might be something done as a one-off for exhibition purposes only, rather than a widely used technique.
There are a number of explanations about image distortion when extending the focal plane that propose a hemispherical projection surface by way of illustration, but to manufacture such a surface coated with photographic emulsion would probably be labour intensive and/or expensive: http://www.wesjones.com/pinhole.htm might be of interest, particularly a few paragraphs below Fig. 6.
You might try internet searching with 'panoptic' or 'anamorphic' as a search term, or possibly ask in https://www.lfgss.com/thread6107.html ? -

interesting but not what I had in mind. these weren't manufactured, they were made fairly simply by painting glass domes/bowls with B&W photographic emulsion. the ones I saw were quite small, so seen from outside/above. will cross-post.

Feed them catnip beforehand, they're easier to control.

I got a chronic eye infection. My eyelids produce too much tallow (I hope that's the correct translation) so I have to clean them a few times a week.

How would i pronounce the name Rocio, and would it be a chap or a lass?
I am thinking "Rock-Eee-Oh" or "Roach-O" and female.

RO - SEE - O
The ''EE'' should should only be pronounced very short
Emphasis should be on ''EE''
As the name is originally Spanish, the letter ''c'' in this word is to be pronounced as a voiced dental fricative -

Rocio \r(o)-cio\ as a girl's name (also used as boy's name Rocio), is of Spanish origin, and the meaning of Rocio is "dew". From the name of the Virgin Mary María del Rocío meaning "Mary of the Dew".
Just call here Mary.

I went for "Rocky"
Seemed to go OK -

My name is Vincent. Call me Alberto.

My name ends with a voiceless alveolar trill. The absence of this sound from English means 95% of the people I interact with vocally can't pronounce my name properly.

Baby Shampoo!
"no more tears" and all that... I had to wash my cat a few times as it was a feral of the street.

The R in Rocio by the way is also with an alveolar trill.

What a mess. It says "reservation only".
You have to book it, wait for the confirmation and then pay. I think...Could you do me a massive favour and have another look, I want to make sure that this reservation is actually "paying" for the ticket, so I will not have to pay again.
Also, do you know if I will have any last minute problems with dotpay? Do they usually accept UK cards? Is it like paypal but polish?
Hi, my furry little cat loves my bikes so much she bumped her head into the bike chain of my road bike. Not a very smart move though, I haven't cleaned the chain in a while. Her head is not sporting a chainline "tattoo" made from black chain oil. Even though she can handle the look of the tat I would like some tips to get it off. Can't use any serious cleaning stuff or she might get sick. But leaving the stuff on there doesn't sound like a good idea either.
