  • Who will be Qatar Hero?

  • Never mind the players ... Will the Qataris tolerate the football fans, who must also be gay since they so enjoy watching young men in shorts running around chasing balls and hugging each other?
    (I prefer watching Women's football )

I presume you only watch women cycling and playing cricket, you testosterone charged hunk of manhood.

Personally, I enjoy watching sport, both cycling and football, for reasons entirely unconnected to my sexuality.

  • that was a joke clive:-)
I've never watched womens football and watch men and women cycling and last night mainly watched english men humiliating australian men in adelade (oh and women playing beach volleyball)

  • Does anyone know how you change your timezone in bit.ly?

edit: looks like it's not possible.

  • Is it possible to delete a thread that I started, and no one posted on?

  • Ask hippy.

  • Does anyone on here work for T-Mobile? Could you get me a Friends and Family code for Mrs Slain please? Pretty please? :]

  • Can anyone remember a bmx video that was posted in a thread which was a vans advert that showed a bmxer grinding a shoulder height ledge?

was posted in the last two weeks, thought it was posted in the win thread but no luck finding it.

  • We had Virgin/NTL cable installed today, and the TV reception is so poor that we have given up and plugged the indoor booster arial back in.

After an hour on the phone to Virgin customer service they have told me to "give it 24 hours".

    WTF?

  • Don't forget that Virgin aren't now - got sold lock, stock and name to the twats that used to be Bulldog or whoever (can't remember). However, do know that I know loads of folk round here who have been fickked about by them from dawn to dusk for weeks on end with that kind of shite. Get all over them like a rash.

  • hah! at least you can get pissing virgin - aparantly people south of the river don't fall into their target market, despite the fact that they've bought up advertising on nearly every bus stop around here entreating us to sign up. fuck em.

  • fuck em.

Wise words. Came to fit it to a friend of mine's house in Molesey. "Engineer" said they couldn't find the connection point. She went outside, looked around for 30 secs and found it, sticking out the bottom of a lamp post 5 feet from the door. They still failed to connect it, and still, 3 weeks later, nothing doing. Get's crap through the door 3 times a week asked her to sign up though.

    They are utterly awful.

Massive +1. We cancelled within 90 days and didn't have to pay anything as we found the broadband so awful. Down to 0.1Mbps at 10pm, but would go at lightning speed at 8am.

Ever since they have been writing letters to me to trying to get me to sign up.

Anything they put through the door (including stuff for neighbouring flats) now goes in the postbox with 'RETURN TO SENDER' written on it in massive letters. Eejits.
