Is anyone riding the Paris-Roubaix on anything that's not carbon?
I presume you are talking about frames..
Aluminium steerers and aluminium rims are out there though Boonen proved 303s or 404s? were up to the task a while ago.

Is there a thread with advice for talking to a friend who's about to spend too much money on an overspecced bike and go straight into mamil world?
Friends don't let friends buy Parlees with Lightweights...

I was told on Friday the Tottenham Everton game was to end 2-2. Just checked and it did,
Is all football a fix? Or was I talking to the messiah?
There's not exactly a massive range of possible scores in football is there?
Now, if they had've guessed the scores of the Collingwood vs. Carlton match, THAT would've been clever.

Don't get that BB, spend the extra on a Shimano BB-UN55

^ This, even on my custom frame, always the BB-UN55.

Some years ago I had a revelation that the following day's Arsenal v Chelsea game was going to end 2-2, out of the blue. I was convinced that was going to be the score. I'm not a betting man but I opened a Betfair account and put some money on it. William Gallas equalised right at the end and I won about £80. /csb
Barely used the account since then, although I did put a few quid on Bradley for the Tour last year. Stick with me, son.

http://www.wiggle.co.uk/miche-primato-track-bottom-bracket/What don't you like about the UN55, the BB choice of every rider with just enough sense to make the best of the misfortune of still using square taper cranks?

This^... Ie why not recomend an external bb chainset?
-
• #43850
For example this comes top of the search and includes bb... Cheaper than square taper option.
