but i meant for when pasting pictures here.on imgur, you can add an l (L) at the end of the url to link a large version, and it also gives you a few different links for different sites, I like it for uploading pictures, I'd recommend it.

Why the feck is Vale of White Horse district council's council tax office in Erith, East London??

Back office function sharing between councils, or outsourcing to private sector, e.g. Crapita

more worryingly, all the info on their website says that students are entitled to a "Discount" on their council tax... I thought that as students we were exempt?
Am I being over sensitive and am I likely to receive a 100% discount or am I going to get whacked with ANOTHER bill.
2 residents in rented property, both poor phd students (full time).

It's a 100% discount I think.

Erith isn't in East London. It's in South East London.

Meh, anything inside the M25 is the same to me anyway... it's all concrete and bustle!

I need to install a PF30 bottom bracket on Sunday.
The instructions here recommend the use of the Park Tools HHP-2.
I'm not averse to getting the Park Tools press, but I doubt I'd be able to get one tomorrow in London- does anyone have a headset press that they could lend me, or recommend somewhere I could purchase a suitable one?

I'm probably going to be out most of the day, but we'll be home from around 4:30 pm onwards if that's any good?

What about making a headset press?

The internet doesn't have enough space to host that particular procrastination..

It's a 100% discount if all residents are students. IIRC if some are students and some not, it's a 25% discount or something.

Yep, I got hit with that once. As a non-student sharing with 3 other students I had to pay all the council tax with 25% discount. Urgh.

If it's a journal they'll want the uncompiled LaTeX so they can apply their own document classes.
