http://www.lfgss.com/thread19719.htmlOf course, posting their details to all of these would be spamming. How about you wait until someone asks about a metal polisher and then recommend them? That's how it usually works.

Just received a call from 0048609455474 but hung up by mistake. What sort of number is it?
-
• #3281
A Polish number.
-
• #3282
004 is the english code. So it's an english number starting with 08609. So it will be a call center.

Google spreadsheets. Why is this:
=sum(SUMIF(C14:C119,B3,G14:G119)),(SUMIF(J14:J119,B3,N14:N119))
giving me a circular dependency error?
C14:C119 and J14:119 = a team name. There will be 8 instances of this team name. G14:119 and N14:N119 are values (points, goals, goals scored, etc.). I want them added up.
I've used this formula before (last years polo league spreadsheet). It worked fine. Now, it works once, in one row. As soon as I add more instances (below) of the formula, it updates that row, but makes the one above fail.

Dear lord horatio, give up and use a pen!
-
• #3287
I wish. It's a central spreadsheet that many people have access to and use to input the results of their games, which the main league page then uses to post the league standings. It's pretty simple stuff in the grand scheme of things, but it won't fucking do what it's supposed to.
-
• #3288
Just guessing as I'm not a spreadsheet genius, but do you need another set of brackets?
i.e. =sum((SUMIF(C14:C119,B3,G14:G119)),(SUMIF(J14:J119, B3,N14:N119))) -
• #3289
Unfortunately not :( I think it's a good spreadsheets error though. It MAY be working now....
-
• #3290
Seems to have stopped working again. Although now about half are reporting now errors (but have the same formula they used)? I don't get this.
-
• #3291
giving me a circular dependency error?
Because it's a game with a hole in it?
-
• #3292
Is the condition supposed to be the same for both SUMIF statements?
Are the formulae copying correctly? (Should you have a dollar sign before the B3 to keep it referring to the same cell?
Is the space before the B3 in the second statement breaking it (probably not).
Have you chcked that all the referenced cells have the correct content (numbers, text, etc).

Screwed up brackets. Should look like this:
=SUM(SUMIF(C14:C119,B3,G14:G119),SUMIF(J14:J119, B3,N14:N119))
Excel has better explanations for errors than G-Docs if you have access to a copy.
