@festus - I've a topeak disc brake rack that you can borrow to see if it fits if you want.

What's the difference between the FSA Wing bars and FSA Wing pro bars? There's £35+ difference between the 2.

I'm 95% certain theres nothing broken but my shoulder now clicks when I rotate it and the pain when it flares up is all the way along my collarbone and also my arm started going a bit numb/painful when I was forced to contort myself into my seat on the tube due to inconsiderate newspaper reading shitcunts on the way in this morning. wondering if it needs a scan to make sure nothing is snapped.
I guess GP first then referral if they think it warrants it right?
Your GP will be able to tell pretty rapidly if there's any likelihood of a break / soft tissue damage, and refer if necessary. There are quite a few breaks you aren't x-rayed for these days anyway as it won't affect the management of the injury.
Get down the docs son!

Just looked up my GP's details and apparently you can only get an appointment by phoning at 8am on the day you want the appointment.
ffs.

I did some damage to my knee(sprained ligaments) but waited over a long weekend to get it seen to, thinking it would get better, it didn't. I went to a&e quite early in the morning and was seen no problems.
If you're in pain and its getting worse go to a&e even if it's been awhile since the accident. You could be doing more damage leaving it.

You could go to a walk in clinic and wait, call NHS direct; 0845 46 47 for details of the nearest one to you, be prepared to wait.

Check out the Waldron Centre in New Cross...they have a decent walk in clinic and physio sessions.

I have a friend that is 5'8" and after a road bike, at a guess and without the opportunity to test ride, would you say more a 52 or a 54?

It depends on more measurements than just overall height.
I'm 5'8" (Actually 5'7" + more than 1/2 but less than 1) and run a 53 ideally (Based on Toptube length).
I'm building a 54 at the moment with a 10mm shorter stem for the B road bike (Based on the same dimensions as the fixed I've been riding for 6+ years)52 would feel really compact but could work with a longer stem.

Just what the bloody hell did I do wrong when fitting the cassette to cause this damage to the freehub within 100mi? (Don't worry, this isn't the powertap wheel I have listed in Classifieds at the moment!). Have fitted loads of cassettes and never had a problem before. Simply not locking tight enough?

Not an expensive hub...hugely annoying but glad it wasn't any of my other wheels.
Was hoping to sell these wheels but might as well keep them for myself with this damage.
