What's a good Windows website load tester I can test something with quickly?
You know, record some actions, play them back x 10,000 all from the comfort of my own PC.

Can anyone tell me the steerer-tube clamp depth of a Thomson Elite stem?
Thanks!

If I stay in the pub long enough, you lot can figure stuff out for yourselves :-)
For people complaining about the price, get real. It's about the cost of bar tape but does 10 sets. Make sure you get the silicone kind, even though it's expensive, the cheaper EPR stuff is twice as thick and I don't think it sticks instantly, so you have to hold it in place while it cures.

Yeap, fixed TT / HHSB bike.
Seems there's a fair bit of TTing goes on round these parts, want to try and get involved.

Does it have to be a spok or would deep section carbon be acceptable, clincher with alu braking surface?
-
• #18744
Nah want a spok really, already got a deep alu front, just decided I fancy something a bit more ridiculous.
Hoping to get my hands on a clincher as well ideally, I've got tubfobia unless it's for track use.

• #18745
I know xander is getting fed up of having a tub on the front of his bike so maybe a carefuly placed pm could tempt him to part with this spok

• #18746
Is there much difference between brands of innertubes?
-
• #18747
Don't buy Specialized tubes. I tend to stick with Schwalbe/Conti
Someone else will probably supply you with a bike radar test or something
-
• #18748
yes
specialized ones are shit
-
• #18749
i've always bought Schwalbe and cst never really had an issue, however people are always moaning about spesh inners
-
• #18750
I never had trouble with Spesh, Michelin, Halfords, Orichinacheapasfuckfab, or (shock horror) Conti.
The only time I've had a tube go was due to my own fault, rushing to fix.
So, either I'm winning the lottery with my tube purchasing or you fuckers are blaming tubes for installation failures or plain old punctures. They're just rubber tubes ffs.
