whats the name of those security skewers with the 5 sided hex, and has a little screw in it?

I have ended up with 3 skewers but only one undo-er, and i'm terrified of losing it so could do with a spare

Does anyone know who makes those bullhorn bars that drop away slightly (a sort of dip in the bar) from where they mount to the stem? Not oversize, but 25.8 or 26mm.
