Actually, fuck the BBC. It's just too mainstream

Late Junction on Radio 3 is often good, but I'm still bitter that they cancelled Mixing It. Heard somewhere that Radio 3 is the most expensive station but has fewer listeners than 6 Music, which isn't even broadcast on FM.

How do I embed an Issuu viewer into LFGSS? Want to show my polo guys an article in a local culture guide!

I tried HTML and it didn't work. Want it open on page 64.

I'm trying to get the front mech sorted on my road bike. It moves OK, but in tiny increments. I can click it over with the shifter and it moves 4 distinct times, but not enough to shift onto the big ring. How can I make it get in the big ring - and in one shift, not a handful?
Also, the rear mech is working just fine in the 8 largest cogs, then it grinds a bit in the 9th - chainline is off slightly and it sort of "sucks" off the jockey wheel - and won't go into 10th at all.
Any help much appreciated - I want to get out and ride the hell out of it this weekend.

Do you know how to index gears?
Assuming there's not something awry, indexing properly will sort it.

Has the front mech moved at all? Mine moved a little and meant I couldn't get in to the big cog, granted I'm using a triple though.

That video is grand - rear should be no problem now. Baffled by the front though - there's no adjustment that says how far a shift should be, is there? I need to adjust the amount of movement from one click of the lever, how do I do that?

It moves a little, but not enough. Not even with four clicks. And it's only a double. Campy Centaur cranks and Veloce shifter, BTW.

Campy, BTW.
problem solved

Take the cable off and see if there is a problem with the mech itself; can you push if out as far as it would need to go? If not try lubing it.
If it is ok then check your shifters next.
Does the inner cable pull smoothly through the outer? How old are they? -
• #14190
If you pull the cable itself i.e. just grab it and pull smoothly, can you make the front mech swing to the correct position in relation to the large chainring, or will it not go out far enough?
If it won't go out far enough adjust the limit screw and try that again, until it does.
It if does go out far enough you need more tension on the cable- it will be slack when the mech is on the small ring

Sorry I don't think I was clear, I meant has the whole thing moved out of adjustment? My whole front mech moved on the clamp.

Does your shifter or Derailleur mention QS or Quickshift?

Defenestrate the bearing, delete post, all will be fine.

Found another bearing on the floor.
I'll take it, dropped one out of a headset tonight and it's nowhere to be seen.

I used that video above on my triple, needless to say mine is booked in to Putney cycles as I went from being unable to shift onto the biggest chainring to being unable to shift onto any and half of the rear cassette without clicking :)
Ah, I was referring to 'Current Projects' as resembling afterbirth, not your comment.
