Not to shit on the value of legal professionals ("some of my best friends etc") but are there any AI contract generators worth looking into for service agreements (video production)? I have a vague boilerplate one I had someone write years ago and it's fine but a little dated and it's a faff to adjust each time I need to dust it off and use it. Nothing too complex but want something a little more than just a clunky email - particularly on scope of work / revisions etc for monthly retainers.

I have a set of plans on PDF for a woodworking project that I have already done (a kids chair). I would like to scale this up (to 150% initially) and still have it print out across multiple A4 pages that I can stitch together. Just setting 150% in the print settings only pushes the images over the edges of the pages. It doesn't put it across more pages, if that makes sense.
Any easy way for me to achieve this?

You want 'Poster' settings in Acrobat Reader print dialog.
Not sure about other PDF tools. Your printer might be able to do this via its driver/utilities software too.
(Image shows an A4 design being scaled up to print on 4 × A4. One day I'll work out why it's measuring in inches 🙄)
Edit: for your purpose, a lot more generous overlap may help alignment

My TRP Eurox cantis have a straddle cable with a small inline barrel end like a gear cable, except the cable is thick like a brake cable. I can't find one - what are those ones called?
The brake cables I can find either have a pear for road levers or a sideways barrel for flat bar levers. Canti straddle cables seem to have either of those or a quick release barrel that looks like a Ludo piece, but I can't find one with the small inline barrel.
Edit 1: I believe it might be a 1.6mm gear cable but surely it can't be a Thorn tandem cable?
Edit 2: the barrel end is about 4.7mm diameter. Road lever pear I have here is 3.3mm/5.8mm, 1.2mm gear cable barrel end is 4.3mm.

Gov WiFi won't show the pictures.
FYI govwifi is really just the authentication and access control. The connection itself is provided by whoever's network you're connecting it.
It's just a system for issuing wi-fi passwords really.

Because all software is written by or for 'merkins. There should be a setting somewhere to show metric units

All software should respect my OS-level locale settings - unless there's a very good reason.
(Edit: now I'm not sure if any OSs include physical units in locale... 😬)
(Edit 2: and there are good reasons to work in the actual units used to define physical output anyway - as I found when I used to do work for output in the US)

Freshtripe have em too, listed as Tektro straddle cable, £7 /pair.

If someone urgently needs one going forward, I bought several. The Shimano ones are wider ID than SRAMs, but the outer ridges should keep it in place.

About to go on a holiday and was thinking about travel insurance. I have no need to cover flights, accommodation as this is being paid for by in-laws and we're not taking any gadgets or expensive items. Is it possible to just get medical cover insurance? I can't seem to find an option on a couple of comparison sites...

IIRC Insure and Go was where I used to buy med insurance when I was sending crews abroad.

Always worth checking if it's part of your bank account if you've got a 'premium' one (as in you pay £5 a month etc)

Is there a website where you can order custom bike decals? (It's from a small brand so there is not nothing available) I have an old roadbike with stickers that look like the standard Hardwear store letter stickers...

There’s a thread somewhere but I’ll ask here as I struggle to find it.
I want to find a wireless dongle for use in Europe (with sim-card, PAYG deal etc.)
Just for data as I need to travel for work fairly regularly and my Three contract on my phone is less than reliable and I keep hitting limits with no recourse to add more data etc.
I was hoping to buy in Germany (where I spend most time) any experience, suggestions for this ?

I don’t know about wireless dongles but we switched to an Orbi system (it’s got a SIM card in it) at the beginning of lockdown, it has to be plugged into an electrical socket (I have an adapter that plugs into a car if I’m on the road). It’s pretty big but the speed is amazing all over Germany and we can run a lot of devices without any lag, it costs about 1€ a day, we cancelled our internet at home and only use this now
Would #7 work?
