Yes, obviously 🙂

Mid range Lenovo from a few years ago.
Thanks for the suggestion. I had tried it on a USB3 port after it first popped up on the standard USB port, same difference. But following your post tried the 3rd port (USB3) and it seems fine.
No idea if anything rests on this, but it happens to be the port closest to the power supply.

Better than everyone constantly changing their name.

Oh, maybe the same issue then

but surely it can't draw more power than is available?
The amount of power available is going to be designed to be split between all the ports and other 5V devices in the computer. That could easily be enough to damage the port or the circuit board if it's all drawn from a single port.
Whether that's actually possible depends on how proactive the circuitry is about preventing overloads. If the chosen method is just pop up a dialog while continuing to supply power, that's not good. Hopefully there's something to actually cut it off eventually.
OTOH electric motors draw a surge of current when first switched on, which might be enough to pop up the dialog without continuing long enough to damage anything.
If you're concerned, get a USB "charger doctor" to see how much current it's actually drawing when running.

Cheers.
Can we assume that if, let's call it port #1, does not bring up a pop up, but ports #2 and #3 do then it should be aok?
Also worth pointing out that I also have two dongles in the other ports.

AxelD is permitted.

Yes it will work. Does your derailleur say exact actuation on the cage?

More rare, usually flounce-associated. Don’t mind either way, the only forumger I’ve met is Oliver.

Will this Prime RD020 freehub fit a novatec D772SB? As in, is is the same as the out of stock RD010, which is allegedly a novatec type B2?

Any alternatives out there to shimano own brand mineral oil (to use in shimano brakes)?
-
• #104519
Yeah, finishline make some green stuff but might as well get shimano.
-
• #104520
I've always used Shimano as they are not that expensive and easily available.
-
• #104521
Yeah, I dont have a problem with it, just that it’s out of stock in madison at the mo. Also 1l jugs seem in short supply in a lot of places
-
• #104522
If you are based SE London let me know, yes, I have one of them 1L jugs and I'm happy to let you have some.

Magura Royal Blue fluid is the same stuff. Just a different colour. If you really need a wee bottle of Shimano fluid I have some spare though.
-
• #104524
Or Castrol LMH. Or Citroën green fluid. It's all just mineral oil.
-
• #104525
I’ve read it’s a different viscosity and not compatible? Would you go as far as mixing it? Haven’t been able to find a small bottle of Shimano oil in stock for ages but still have a bottle of the magura stuff and I need to shorten a hose and don’t want to be caught out when I inevitably cock it up and need a bleed.
