I only managed two pubs but that was still a lot of fun. Good to see so many braving London's finest autumnal weather in the pursuit of alcohol and good times.
I'm pleased to report I left one Dog House and went straight to another type of dog house! :-(
war office?

Despite the norwegians being about two or three hours out with their weather forecast, I've got to say I actually enjoyed the wet run from the kings arms to the doghouse, as we got ever closer, the rain got ever heavier.
Despite the wet start and damp continuance, it was a lot of fun, bright times indeed, and the coach keeping the bar open waiting for us to arrive has to get a big round of applause. Best bike related pub by a mile, go and vote people
https://www.londonfgss.com/thread32521.htmlkattiep, sorry we didn't get a chance to chat, after you made the effort to trek out so late, pop down to souths on monday and we'll remedy that situation immediately.
Lovely lovely people it was a pleasure and my head doesn't feel too bad this morning.ps, those shots of appleton special rum were all sorts of awesomeness...

I had a lovely time despite turing up 3 hours later than planned... oops.
I promise to make more of an effort chat to the people I don't know, instead of the people I came with.
Will try for monday - but once again it would be about 9 me thinks before I could make it.
Currently have pickles guinness cake a baking in the oven.... smells good!
Chatty joe with the glasses, whats your forum name? I can't remember 1 name per person let alone names and aliases... beer doesn't help. -

sorry I missed this, busy with kids roller training at HH then even busier at home breaking my finger and dealing with the fun that is excruciating pain.

Winspar turning up at my door at eight am was interesting.
I'm now in Bristol, it's still raining. If someone knows PJs phone number, can they text it to me? I want to get him on the rollers...

Completely full of wuss here.
Got home after wet fireworks and the lure of mulled wine, roaring log fire and the warm embrace of my wife proved greater than the thought of cycling in the rain.
Glad it was fun. -

I've just woken up, my head hurts. Last night was great fun! Good to see all the south faces.

war office?
:-)I'd never call her that, at least not in public.
I said I'd be home around 8 pm and turned up close to 9 pm. She'd had a shit day and was worried I'd been squashed by a lorry in the wet. I hadn't, instead I decided to stop at the Dog House for a pint.

That was a good night. And Bobby Dids rode back to St Pancras and then a night train to Bedford, putting all you lightweights to shame!
