5'10, ride a 53. But my arms are so short they are actually inverted.

TBH, it depends on the person, but I would say a bloke my size is going to need a 56 cm, someone 6'0 a 58, and 6'5" something over 60 cm.
But this is a rough guide, depending on the bike and the person. -

5'11" and ride 53". It's small, but manageable and responsive.

raleigh team replica by the looks of it. Most raleighs are dead common and not that great, but I think this was one of their nicer quality road bikes. Would be a lovely bike if it was left as stock, shame it got killed.

I have long monkey arms like a shaved wookie and little stumpy legs like a shaved ewok. i still haven't decided what frame size i should be on yet. Not a long long-ish top-tubed 54 it turns out. Well, not comfortably anyway. *slips forward on saddle and rubs sore hands.

+1 to olivers comments re yoga
I am definitely taller as a result of yoga and pilates. By improving core strength you have a straighter spine and better posture.

@ MT - are you serious...? fair enough, never done any TT, I was thinking more along the day-to-day bike fit, I'm only 6'1" and would feel a bit cramped on anything less than 59cm. Horses for courses I gess.
Have you got a short torso?I´ve got a long torso, I´m 6´2" and I cannot ride anything bigger than 57cm, standover height always a bitch.
i saw someone with same frame on critical mass t'other day, took pix and i thought it was this babe but actually wasn't :(
i am 5'9" and ride a 53. feels lubberly.
