I think I do actually. Will read in detail later. So far as the drug thing goes, it's clear that the cartels will never stop smuggling. It's also clear the appetite for cocaine is only going to increase. Little can be done about either of those things. If drugs were legalised, which is the only move left on the part of the authorities, things could be controlled. It needs to happen, otherwise the whole business will get nastier still. I don't believe that housewives across the globe will become coke-heads were it legal. There'll be egg on the faces of the powers that be when it happens, as they'll quickly see they've missed a trick for far too long. Statistics like in that article are shameful.
