Your home buyers report will probably say exactly the same.

They don't actually test them so if any part of it looks a bit old or unusual or whatever they'll caveat it. You'll probably get a load of comments along those lines.

Why are you waiting on the broker for homebuyers survey? If you have the bank valuation that should cover them.

I am simply waiting cause I actually have no idea when it's supposed to be done.

If the mortgage broker organised it then it will have been done at the same time as the mortgage val and by the same person...

And aggi is right, it won't look at the electrics. Ring the surveyor (their name is in the report) and ask them what worried them then get an electrician to look at it.
