Yes, electrician over next week, so conversation starting. Unsurprisingly planning is very slow currently so will have a bit of time I suspect

Will be a bit of everything!
Definetly a office, gym and craft room with a small shower room and kitchenette. In the future we may switch it to being a holiday let, so there is a degree of future proofing going on.
I can probably run a line from the main house for flow issues, but might not have enough spare power to fully run it.

Does anyone know of a good garden designer that doesn’t cost the earth? Our garden is currently just mud and piles of bricks and we’re looking to do something smart with the space.

Yeah, tbh I just hadn't got onto it yet, but I did this weekend!
It was the power switch, so I just
bodged itdid a temporary repair to get him going again but have a new power switch, hi low switch (because I bought a cheap non-genuine one a few years back and it's crap) and a new end cuff for the hose which are on their way. While I was at it, I took everything apart and gave it a good clean, the motor brushes are surprisingly good for its age - lots of life left. Washed the motor filter but I will get a new one. Should be good as new soon.
If anyone is after Henry parts, I can't recommend them because they haven't arrived yet, but I ordered from Avern Cleaning Supplies in Worcester who have very good prices for apparently genuine bits:

Where are you? My other half has started her own garden design business so could possibly help.

Ah should have mentioned that, we’re in London, E17.

Which did you get? From the Karcher website the only K2 compatible one seems to be the T350 which isn't in stock anywhere when I was looking.

this one: https://www.toolstation.com/karcher-t5-t-racer-patio-cleaner/p95148
The T5 is suitable for use with all Karcher home and garden pressure washers, classes K2 – K7.

Is your shed safe?

Cheers. That didn't come up on the Karcher website for some reason when you search accessories by model.

Could ask some thoughts on the gardening thread

Beam and 2x Ikea speakers for surround sound for the TV.
What phone OS do you use? Because if iPhone I'd maybe be tempted to get HomePod minis instead. -

Boiler guidance?
I have a Baxi 400 combi that is flashing up H.02-0.4 Temporary fault - Parameter errorI have turned it off and on again and repressured, neither of which has helped. There's no ignition sound.
Anything else I can try before I admit defeat and call a plumber?

The other obvious is check that the flue isn't blocked.

Digger!

Nothing obvious. Thanks!

So they can say "I want that tattooed on me please*

@konastab01 is your Baxi man I think
Generic plumbers are shit for this kind of thing, will just try to sell you a new boiler. Calling Baxi or a specialist might get you some kind of repair deal.

It’s being canned isn’t it? Mostly because it was a shitshow and impossible to sort
Which seems entirely unexpected given our imperious ruling partyCould be wrong tho

I've contacted some companies and they're either super busy or one replied saying 'we are struggling to get the government to pay us so we arent doing works at the moment.'

Thanks for the good advice.
Single phase doesn't matter at all (although I would also like 3 phase tools!)
Its more the fact that electrician is worried about current load on the line, Already have a 4 bed house, double garage, log cabin and workshop running off it.
