What a bloody nightmare, good luck.

It's allowed now. Property viewings are, for whatever reason, still fine during lockdown.
So I can leave my tier 4 area to visit another tier 4 area in order to wander round someone else's house?

Awesome.

With the fridge doors on or off?

It's got a workshop, I love the look and would keep it as original as possible, it's got parking for a number of silly cars
Yay. I hope you persuade her. I'm fairly sure it's not falling down and I doubt it's built on a graveyard.
Bear in mind as it's on with the Modern House it will probably get competitive but on the plus side (as someone who is in the process of selling with them) they really look after their buyers as well as sellers. I wish Stow Brothers were looking after us that well.

Ruled out due to location, and tbf it's a long cycle from Horsham to Mitcham.

We had a similar model delivered recently, the doors come off pretty easily which helps with weight, size and handholds. Still took 3 large men who do it all day though...

Dammit.

If I can extend the workshop I’ll ‘ave it.

Can absolutely recommend replacing old narrow lead piping with new fat plastic. I spent several days sledgehammering through concrete and digging a trench through our front garden so it could be done. Took days and our plumber did the mains connection. Not sure Thames Water would approve but we haven't disappeared into a sinkhole yet and it was a few years ago.
Also unvented cylinder and system boiler is the bomb (literally if not installed correctly)

If the doors were off, would there be any real need to get the large, heavy fridge body through the very expensive new window?
Just swap the doors.

It doesn’t seem that easy to me

On the subject of old water pipes. This was the main water line to my old apartment.

Limescale? Mine was like that too and the reason previous occupants had a power shower that trickled out. The bathroom fitter figured it out and replaced the inlet pipe to the flat and the water pressure went up to fire hose level.

You're not swapping the door opening from left to right (which you probably can't on that side by side model).
Points 1 to 5 then reverse.
1 screw. (Maybe a plug) . 4 bolts -

Yup. Replaced with pex now (after I moved out...)

I would have been happy to help, on dad duty and mrs_com is ill. If it still needs done tomorrow, let me know.

Stow brothers are vermin.

That is mental and may be the issue I have!

Wow, that's impressive. These London lead pipes are narrower than that and it's not like the water isn't hard here.
It's an essential upgrade I reckon, Victorians shared baths, we want a rainfall shower...

Could you persuade Greggles to move to Horsham though?
