Exactly what I said, if they're that bothered they can go down Screwfix once they've got the keys

Have one, like it, only issue I have is I’ve got the single oven, which is great when you’re cooking loads, but does take a bit of time to heat up.
Would go for a split oven next time. -

No opinion on the cooker but the fridge sucks

I'm in Cardiff. Ironic considering Lime is mined just North of here.
This guy was one of the instructors on the lime course. Real nice bloke seems very experienced

Seems to be working for this company, if they can't help maybe they can signpost to contacts more local to Cardiff
(Note how they've done lots of work on Ty Mawr itself)

I know this is mentioned a fair bit, but bathroom extractors. Whats the most effective? I have an extractor fan that doesn't work - supposing it did some time its vented into the loft which seems mad.
I want to get someone out to fit a new one and get it vented outside. What sort should I be looking for. What I'd like is something that is quiet but very effective - would an inline unit be ok?

Smeg
Had some smeg stuff in our old house, good quality IME. Separate hob and oven, after 8 years a plastic switch on the oven front broke but otherwise no issues and the new owners say they're still fine so 11 years now.

He looks ace. Alas not him. cheers though.
Maybe the guy was more of a general small builder, just remember there was a bathroom with hex tiles and exposed copper, sure some up cycling going on too.
Ill trail this thread till i spot it.....

Inline is definitely the way to go if you have space to fit one, much more powerful than other options, consider what sort of sensor you want fitted too.

Anyone have good contact for me? A friend is looking to buy a quartz kitchen worktop and have it fitted in her new place in West London. Currently getting mad high quotes. Come at me, do.
Yes, dealing directly with the actual estate agent is a bit easier but the offers still have to go through Purple Bricks which is a bit of a faff.
