I know right?! Yeah UEA is amazing, doubt I would have appreciated it as a student but do now. Also to note decent curved wall ride, rail hops and cobbled banks.

I didn't ever ride BMX but I used to skate around campus when I was there, and saw plenty of little bikes around. The loading bay at the far end of the teaching wall, near the Sainsbury Centre, was a favourite of mine.
I used to live in Waveney Terrace, the brutalist thing near Colman Road, which they've now knocked down.

My previous flat was at one time entirely furnished from findings in a skip out the back of an architects office in Clerkenwell.
I had at least four Artemide Tolomeo lamps and a Saarinen dining table.

Structural Surveyors, E17 area, and recommendations? Quite a few folks have told me not to bother and that the usual survey is enough but I dont fancy risking it...
-
• #25024
I really wouldn't bother. I didn't with my old Victorian house. Just check the roof is straight, the doors Frames are ok, there are no huge cracks you can get your hand in, the drains and gutters look ok and save the grand for when something serious happens and needs work..
ETA if you are hell bent on getting one done you can either upgrade the mortgage valuation to cover it or go seperate. If you go seperate I've heard good things about London property surveyors based in malvern road Leytonstone.

Yeah. Isn't the problem here that they can't do anything invasive, so they can't really tell you anything you couldn't spot with a keen eye?
What?! That's crazy. I used to live on campus there - that's a fantastic building.
