I don't think its harshed, you are paying them a shit tonne of money to do a job and they are demonstrating incompetence by missing out both your bedrooms and failing to put it right over a 2 week period.

Personally, if I see an ad where rooms aren't photographed, it makes me think that there is something wrong with them and are deliberately not being shown.

sorry i didn't make it clear that we only instructed them to smash new pics up a week ago.

We were supposed to complete tomorrow, our lender didn't process the paperwork til this afternoon so we've had to ask for an extension just in case they weren't ready in time... Get the keys next Wednesday now, probably just as well as I'm sick as a dog so the move would've been painful... Another step closer, rearranging all the power, removal, internet, cleaners was a bit painful but all good now hopefully...
