Or the bad cover version to push the analogy too far (and include a free pun).

How many jobs they're working on and who oversee's them?
Current jobs / contract values?
Do they subcontract out any of the work, or is it all in-house?
Do they have all relevant insurances?Have you considered what form of contract you will be using? Are the contractors used to working with JCT contracts for example?

Two houses near me are having loft conversions done, this is in the Golden Triangle in Norwich so it made me think there must come a point where house values make converting the loft viable: if the difference between a 2 or 3 bed is more than about £25k then it's sensible if you have the funds to go ahead and extend upwards.

But where is the pulled pork?
Do these people not realise they are a massive cliche? How can anyone write "Artisan" and not cringe?
Also, coffee is for cunts. -

Yeah. But my current budget is Ikea. So. It's not like I'm, ahem, straight balling here.

Second hand? If you are patient you can find bargains. Pals of mine got an amazing sofa for £50. If you are near E3 you can have mine for that. It was 1k new a few years back. Needs a proper clean. And is shit.

Fuck you!
. Coffee is life!

If you're adding bedrooms and floor area, whatever you spend will probably be reflected as an proportionate increase in the overall value of the property.
Occasionally, you might see an disproportionate increase, but property developer types are all over that sort of thing.
We're doing it for the extra space, allowing us to stay in the house for a few more years.

pretty enough looking cup of coffee?
baked goods?
no square plates?/tho ten notes says this place suffers from shit, rickety wooden chair syndrome, as all independent coffee shops do.
-
• #11870
Square plates are also for cunts, but not as much so as planks of wood. Food on planks of wood is for cunts both de jure and de facto.

• #11872

Not that clever! That was deliberate! Ha!
You did however rob me of what I thought was going to be a perfect opportunity to use a Partridge quote. Much disappoint.

Since @ChainBreaker and @soul jumped ship Hither Green has gained an Arlo & Moe and a fancy pizza van. Proof, if anything, that they suppress gentrification.
Ah the old artistic homage, rather than the mass produced rip off.
