Thank you mate!!! Your prints will be in the post tomorrow. Hope you enjoy The Cove - I will be recording again in the New Year, as I can’t easily fit everything in around work right now. 👍👍👍

Had an email to say the curlew and the mackerel are on the way, that was quick, top service :)

Could possibly arrive tomorrow or day after. I like to get my prints posted pronto!

Great to read and good timing as I was just thinking I should buy more art, so an order for an Argonaut print has been placed :)

Thank you so much! Wait till you see this paper - it’s my favourite. Handmade Himalayan Washi. I really hope you like it!

A sprite and a toad turned up today (yesterday, actually, but I only opened the package today). They look fab.

Puffer fish I ordered is amazing, getting it framed for my wife's Christmas

If you ever did a linocut workshop down in London, I'd sign up.

• #5085
Yeah I'd be up for that too

[sings]Someday, my prints will come[/sings]
Arrived today, beautiful work fella. Do let me know if you need any more podcast feem tunes.

A Linocut workshop in the Shirkers Rest pub could be amazing!!!! Got an open invite there for some fun.
Thanks again folks - I’ve been so busy but it’s such fun. Me saying ‘I’m off to the post office!’ has almost turned into a household euphemism! -

Just ordered 3 soot sprites and a skull. Beautiful work ❤️

Thank you, mate!! Your prints will be in the post tomorrow!

Well, that's two Christmas presents and a bonus pressie for me sorted!
Have you thought about offering a print plus frame option? Must be opportunity for a decent profit margin there, and lazy fuckers like me would be glad to pay the extra...
-
• #5091
I was thinking exactly this. Might there be a company you can just send them to who will frame them and send them on? Stick a margin on like Brommers says to account for extra hassle, obvs.

Problem with framing is postage & risk of damage. I have done it, but packaging costs ramp up, and while plastic frontings are ok, glass is always much nicer but is a big risk for breakage.
Also, I’m really busy and a one man band. Packing and posting is a big part of my day (happily!!) but I have to also fit in printing, carving plates, drawing new designs and essential admin, and that has to fit in around me working two markets a week at locations sometimes 2 hours away.
Later on I will offer a framing service, but I need bigger premises and possibly a gimp/underling/house elf to assist. -

Will you and Benny have time to release a Christmas cove episode or is Benny already getting pissed with Rowboat?

All fair points.

It’s a nice problem to have - also, nice to have a new line to expand into.
I forgot to mention the best place to find my stuff is either instagram @hupalinocuts or my webshop http://www.HuPaLinocuts.co.uk -

Such a heartwarming story - so pleased for you Matt. A quieter Jan will hopefully give you plenty of time for creativity - what a change from factory drudgery.

Waiting for the bogwanker print…

• #5098
That's got to be a limited edition but I know at least three that would take one....

I’ve already got a mirror in the bathroom

yeah where's the secret pantone blues shop page with all the obscene/borderline libellous designs.
I'll be ordering soonish, once I've decided which prints I want (the most!).
Very fine work GL, hope it works out for you.
Cheers for the art, and cheers for the Lucifer Tapes (having worked in a North West factory environment I feel I know several people who could have slotted into several episodes).
Just started Kracken Cove, looking forward to much listening over the crimble break.
Edit: finally made a decision, soot sprite and swallow ordered.
