I know. I've hit a brutal patch of writer's block. Stuff has got in the way and I've learned not to force it. I'm just starting to get flutters of inspiration, I'm recording podcasts that are in edit, I just need to leave it alone until it happens. To be fair, my job feels like it's early done. I'm on the edge of something else, I don't know what. Whatever it is it will involve writing, even if it's just taking piss out of the cunts I'm forced to work with.

Sorry, I was being cheeky!
I hope all is well, I saw posts about podcasts elsewhere! Very much looking forward to listening to them!

Not cheeky at all! I just know when it's not flowing, step away. I hope the podcasts will be a lot of fun. Got to polish them up and get them out there. I've got other irons in the fire too! Ta for your concern though, mate. All good here!

much greater chance of someone catching you from work if you move away from the written medium though as whilst most of them can't read they can probably understand spoken english no?

they can probably understand spoken english
It might be a variant of spoken English, but it isn't English as Her Majesty knows it.

MUCH greater chance of getting caught, but the podcasts are different. Basically a comedy podcast of me and a chap called Sam sipping ale and talking pub talk - telling stories, dismantling the hilarious obscure anxieties of Sam, talking about books & music. It's like a live gig. We'll possibly introduce full story readings too. I'll post it here when we go live.

I think my writers block has passed.
Here's a new story - Could be Worse.
Hopefully my podcasts will start in March. I'll keep you good people posted.

Thanks chaps - bleak times call for bleak tales.
There's merriment to follow.

It's ok, just a few slight personal issues. I need a new job more than ever and all the shit just piled up at once. Got a bit on top of me.
Writing helps so I've got to keep it up, in one form or another.
Cheers mate! -

an’ that I were gonna spend the next two years gettin’ bummed in Armley nick by a load of fuckin’ lifers.
Proper lozzles at that line but for some reason because i read it as 'lifters' not 'lifers'.
Good to have you back sir. -

Cheers mate!
It looks like Bog Wanker might have the right idea after all.
