Anyone got a decent front brake caliper spare? Something like a shimano 105 or a miche primato would be ideal.

Got a few pairs of tyres available. All are wired, not folders:
Conti Ultra Sport 700 x 23c, used for about 100 miles on road bike - £10 the pair
WTB Slickasaurus 26 x 1.5 MTB Tyre 38/32, hardly used - £30 the pair
Camel 26 x 1.90 Knobbly MTB Tyres, hardly used - £10 the pair
Panaracer Mach SS Semi-Slicks 26 x 1.95, hardly used - £20 the pairI also have a rear mount 2-bike carrier from Halfords about 10 years old but still working fine. Good for small - medium hatchbacks (I use it on an old shape ford focus, but have also had it on a Toyota Yaris and a Peugeot 106 no problem)
Finally a Kalloy Uno seatpost BNIB - Black 25.4
PM me if you need any more info or pics...

-
• #862
lol start cycles mechanics are gash mate. go to recyke y bike, pete will get the job done.
-
• #863
Yeah Pete sorted my jammed seat post out no bother. Chocolate hob nobs seem to be the way to go down at recyke.
-
• #864
Yeah Pete bludgeoned my jammed seat post down into the seat-tube, after trying and failing to ream it out, which took several hours and lots of hammers/swearing.

Anyone got a digital camera I can borrow for a week or so, need to list my life's possessions on ebay.
Might have something which will do the job - will PM you.

Also nefaaaaar (sander) if your selling all your worldly possessions, have you got anything that would be useful for polo?
-
• #872
Coke in seat tube, leave in bath for a week, come straight out!
-
• #873
What d'ya need, Liam? I haz some surplus polo stuff.
-
• #874
Wheels really, I bought phil's old polo frame so I'm trying to pimp it up
-
• #875
I've got some 700c wheels which might suit you. A matching pair off my polo bike and an unused non-matching spare pair. Rears are bolt-on-cog fixed, but I could rebuild for freewheel if you prefer that. Price would depend on exactly what you need. Pretty cheap, though.
Planning to, but might be pedaling my polobike (no car this weekend) all the way from Cramlington. I'd better set off now, really. I'll be there one way or another.
