I've got some riser bars (one black, cut down and one DMR wingbar, white, bit chipped, cut down), some drops (one steel, bit scruffy, one chrome, shiny) and a selection of calipers (mostly '80s vintage, including one old Dura-ace). Nuthin' fancy, but might do at a pinch. Let me know if you want more details or pics....

Need any other bits apart from wheels? I have stems, brake levers, seatposts, chainset, pedals....mostly half-decent beater stuff

I'm not sure what else I'm going to need yet, first build not too sure what I'm doing or if my frame will even work for what I'm doing.

Tektro R556 long drop brakes - good brakes with plenty of life left in pads - ideal for conversion of frame with older geometry - £15

Complete long shot here, but have just dragged my old bike out for it's yearly "replace enough to get it going again" and found these are the brakes I need. Googled the Model number and Newcastle and this thread came up!

Don't suppose they ended up going back in a cupboard did they?

I'm pretty sure I've still got them unless anyone can remember buying them off me...? Can't lay my hands on them right now though - I'll have a proper look over the weekend.

The marks are just tape glue residue, which will clean up or be covered by bar tape anyway.

Hi guys. Has anyone got a half decent set of cranks, preferably with a 42t ring on goin cheap.

ive got some you can have for a tenner, think theyve got a 48t ring on mind.

Mach1 Omega wheelset in black (included 2x Vittoria Zaffiro tyre, 2x tubes, rear cog) £70

3T Arx pro oversized stem in black and white (10cm) £15

Alpina carbon track fork (not drilled for brake) £60

All items are brand new and have just been lifted straight off my new Dolan Track Champion. If somebody can tell me how to put photos up I will do so if anybody is interested.

Also, if anybody has a pair of spare pedals going for my beater let me know!
