I had a nice little 40 mile spin yesterday, out to my parents house for tea and cake then back again. Loved it, even in this shit rain.

So It's Tuesday the weekend is miles off and I'm already thinking about a long ride this weekend. What have we got planned for Friday night?

I don't know what this means but I am up for some rides - just moved to Great Yarmouth and going a little mad...

I am up for a ride but am thinking about heading out at 2pm after work. I am sprogless, so want to spend the weekend with the old gal. If anyone is about around 2-3pm ish for a leissurely ride to Yarmouth and back, holla!

I'm out - really sorry, was looking forward to it, but knee just isn't up to the job yet. Rode to work and was getting pain most of the way.
