Had a great GTA online session tonight. Finally got a go in a cargobob, among other things.

Another player tried to kill me with a cargobob, so I shot him out of the air with a shotgun, then took a selfie in front of the downed 'copter :)

Still haven't quite mastered picking a car up.

Yeah sorted it in the end. Had a blitz at King to see if I could topple you, got a little bit closer. You've got a looooong way to go in Deadline ;)

a mate of mine had a hand in making this... he's posting all the news reactions on his facebook, is interesting seeing something go viral from the beginning.

This is the worst possible time BF4 could have been released. Already significantly into the campaign mode. Jittery with coffee and new engine.

been playing remember me on ps+ while I've been off work ill. pretty good little game, the visuals and that are excellent. has some good twists on the usual gameplay dynamics but is very linear though however it's free so i'm not complaining.

I paid monies for it on the xbox, similar thoughts. Absolutely stunning to look at but underdeveloped game play.

I had planned to but was feeling impulsive yesterday afternoon and did it, despite still trying to complete all BF3 assignments before moving on.

I've got a few of the weapon specialist ones still to do and a few miscellaneous dog tags. It's a real grind. I'm having particular trouble trying to find a Havoc/Viper pilot that doesn't deliberately crash you into the ground you play as a gunner just so his/her friend can play instead. Actually the worst people in the world.

Trying to play GTA:O during the daytime this week has repeatedly exposed me to the worst people in the world. BF has nothing on them.

So. Much. Spawn killing.

Then you school them in a one on one death match to show them that if you wanted to, you could kill them 5 times over. And then they kill you point blank once you get dropped back into free play.

BF4 might be getting more attention than GTA5.

Multiplayer is a mess right now. Unplayable.

Campaign works fine (though a bit buggy). Not remotely challenging even on hard and collecting all weapons/dogtags/achievements on all levels. I don't think the single player was anything like as good as BF3, make of that what you will. Awful voice acting from certain characters, weird cut-scenes showing entire conversations taking place off-screen (from the outside of a building or ship for example). Predictable narrative. No heart. It just felt cheap.

I like the new engine. It looks nice, functions smoothly. Actions and movement are the right way forward. The 'Levolution' stuff has the potential to be great, but until it plays at more than 15fps online, I'm going to go back and grind BF3 assignments.
