Friday sounds good. Lets get a few of on the same game. Hilarity.

I will be online Wednesday and Thursday evening and most of the weekend. The missus has abandoned me again. Awesome!

I'll be on at the weekend. DIYing mostly during the day and revising Sunday but Fri/Sat night I'm game.

I still haven't managed to really get online, too hectic, but Wednesday is ON. Misses is out and everything...

Can people with Playstations play with people with xbox or is that unpossible?

I have mixed feelings about online so far. I am progressing very slowly but everyone seems to have way more rep than me, and therefore better guns. I found a good group of randoms at some point over the weekend, but they always wanted to do driving jobs and eventually I got bored of driving all the time.

I still haven't managed to get online with lfgss folk yet, I keep trying the join your crew option and it keeps saying they aren't online.

Some general tips from the more experienced would be good.

Had a short session earlier with dtap someone (would have liked to play longer but phone rang..) from the LFGS crew. Wasn't really sold on GTAO until now but it was a lot of fun playing with someone at least vaguely interested in doing missions and progressing rather than just shooting everyone in sight.

We tried the 'Top Fun' mission. Even though it seems we both failed miserably at the hunting part, it's pretty awesome. Some kind of organised time where a group of us went on to have a go at it would be really good I think.

I badly need a better gun and better armour. Having the basic gun then running out of ammo isn't helpful (sorry).

Yes. And apparently it's Microsoft's fault because they won't let xbox games interact with other multiplayer networks, so I definitely don't want to buy an xbox.

Was a laugh, not the best mission though. I've run out of ammo like that before too, feel a bit helpless. I wasn't getting very far up that hill with the RV anyway.

Gutted I've missed people on here doing that RV mission; no one will ever join me when I'm starting it so have to do it on my own - can stealth kill most the guards & take the RV but can't get away fast enough without being shot by riders.
