Debating darksiders 2... but I have a stack of games I need to play

This is what made me stop playing video games, there were just too many good ones and it became almost a chore to clock them all.

I bought a 360 a few months ago to try and rekindle my love of gaming, it didnt work.

This weekend it's going to rain anyway... so GuildWars 2 for me :)

I've got to play Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles as well as Resident Evil: Darkside and review the pair.

I've got a list of games as long as my arm that I need to 'finish' or actually play some more of...

that skyrim expansion, sleeping dogs, diablo 3, civ 5, that fucking batman game, the last assassins creed, ghost recon, mass effect 3, forza 4, fez and fuck knows what else. Darksiders 2 is sitting at work waiting to go home, but CS:GO is eating any spare time / energy I have.

I'm dreaming about defusing.

Haven't got anything on my to play list - apart from CS GO but I'll maybe fire that up tonight.

Did have borderlands to play but been playing that with a few friends recently - great fun.

Wouldn't mind giving Diablo 3 a go since they've added a few new bits recently I believe.

Didn't love the last GTA, but need something to get me off FIFA and tide me over till the next Fallout game.

Feb 2013 now for Bioshock Infinite. So that'll be next Autumn then.

Diablo 3 - would strongly recommend waiting until the price drops. When I bought it at £45, played through the first run etc - all good, enjoyable but incredibly short. Then I got to do the 2nd run through... and simply could not continue past the 2nd boss.

I had to drop it there, after less than 15hrs of gameplay. £3p/hr is seriously bad value for money, and just to top it off it has/had far too many problems to make it a really good game.

Empire: Total War on the other hand.... £45 for the collectors edition nearly 4years ago, and just got past hour 525 ;-D THAT'S value for money

Well D3 has another 100 levels coming ....

I don't know really. I'm in inferno on Diablo 3. Enjoyed it but like you I really think I've played it to death which is a shame considering I probably put hundreds of hours in to Diablo 2.

But I'll probably be playing cs go with what little gaming time I have now.

I was thinking the same thing Jakebrown I love GTA4 but this looks fantastic, both on a game play and fun level which is what all games are about really, having fun.

So how many of us are going to be giving Counter Strike Global Ops a go this weekend? I'm down for a few games.

But I will be buying it on the xbox even though it'll look better on PC mainly as I've got friends that will play it on the xbox. Plus GTA is such a console game.

2 hours of skyrim later with no auto, manual or quicksaves and some draugr deathlord gets a lucky strike and kills me with one arrow.

Yeah... I got distracted... Still be done by 6:30 for a BF3 sesh. I've become very efficient at regurgitating old copy.

I've only played Ass Creed II. Found the plot insulting, hated the big revelation in the end so fucking much. Will not play another one.

Didn't play Counterstrike for long in the end last night - but from what I play I really enjoyed it. It's a lot of fun.

Still (for people that play it) can't believe there's no Assault level :(
