  • We had a gaming cafe just up the road from us, where we played Doom VR, a lot.

  • How’s your internationally renowned design agency?

  • Not going well.

  • Don't sell yourself short, I've not seen anyone say anything bad about it.
    Unlike some Korean companies...

  • Downloaded Splitgate the other day, mad fun if you're into arena shooters. Has quite a few game modes too, doesn't get boring very easily. Still in beta but I haven't encountered a single bug so far and runs very smooth on my i5-8500 x 1070 Ti combo.

  • Downloaded Dodgeball Academia earlier this week and it's quite fun. I've been playing Elder Scrolls Online exclusively for over a month now so decided to look for something light to jump in and out of, saw Dodgeball Academia was new on Game Pass so gave it a go. It's definitely serving it's intended purpose, can jump on at lunch for an hour and just play it until I go back to work quite happily. Quite a lot of meta fourth wall breaking through the story side of it. It's a quite simple 'RPG' but worth a go if you're just after something light and silly. Only onto the 3rd chapter out of 8 I think so not sure on it's cost effectiveness for people without Game Pass. Might be worth looking at on switch depending on price as imagine it's quite a nice setup for the system.

  • finally beat Retrunal. Fuck me what an ordeal. I need something easy for at least a year or so.

  • So apparently this is a thing. Who knew?

Dungeon crawler and dating sim, where you "date your weapons".

  • Can't remember the last video game news that got me interested that wasn't related to remakes, but this is pretty exciting!

  • Hades and above mentioned boyfriend dungeon on gamepass, that's me sorted for when I've mopped up the last few ascent side missions.

  • Got a code for the closed beta for FIFA 22. They really are trying to rope me back in, hah.

  • I can't stop playing it at the moment - physics remind me of the good old halo days and the portals lead to some hilariously cheap/dirty tactics

  • hades and art of rally on gp this week 👌🏼

  • I see Dirt Rally and Dirt Rally 2.0 are back on Game Pass as well now, and Grid which I understand isn't as good as the original, but for free on Gamepass I'll definitely give it a go. Lots of stuff is going onto my play later list at the moment as well. Don't have the time dammit. Need to quit my job and start streaming, sure I can make plenty of money that way right?

  • Downloaded Art of Rally last night, will hopefully have a play on it today. Looks like it could be a lot of fun.

  • Thoroughly enjoying Art of Rally, also worth checking out Absolute Drift if you haven't already.

Anyone planning on picking up Aliens Fireteam?

  • I really hope it is. Honestly that and diablo 2 will be awesome this year!!

  • My mum's on Discord apparently.

  • Vice City on the Switch, that'd be pretty amazing! Just hope there's no surprises around soundtrack licensing. That would certainly would put a dampener on things.

  • I have a large android tablet and this controller, with which the android port of San Andreas was huge fun, so I will be trying to resist these Switch ports. Can't say I will succeed.

  • I have a GBA SP case going, cheap cheap.
Comes with 2 drivers. Glows in the dark apparently.
