How is Ground Zeroes?
Its the only game out at the moment that makes me sort of want a next gen console

I'm currently becoming quite addicted to Real Racing on the ipad

I don't really find car racing games to have much staying power with me, but in this you are racing real people but time-shifted - I think the server knows the basics and then models the car AI to match what times the other racers actually did by having them cock up corners or beat you out of turns or whatever. You're beating real, fallible humans when you win. It does also have a real-time multiplayer mode but I quickly got pissed off by that as the other drivers are dicks and will ram you off the road to win.

how are you done with titanfall?! I'm finding it quite entertaining. a bit hilarious and generally enjoyable bouncy bouncy. Some of the daytime-playing euro guys take it far too seriously based on the heated to-and-fro of abuse they spew over the airwaves though.

Just find myself frustrated by a k/d ratio of less than one with everyone just getting as high up as possible and shooting people on the ground - yawn.

Hella good, hella short. There is literally one area in which the mission unfolds - the extra missions are just different scenarios played out in the same place with different weather. I think i got it for £20 which is about right with plenty of sell-on value.

Had a go on D3 this morning. First impressions good.

On PS3, yes. On PS4 it's Dead Nation which is a pile of shite.

£22.50 is a bargain for a next gen title (even if it is a re-skin). It's less than I would pay to go to the cinema.

Dead Nation is AWESOME!!! Don't you diss one of my fav games. Although very little has changed between the PS3 and 4 versions.

haha they are releasing it for Vita next I believe. That's really going to be a good platform for it. The PS4 version did leave me going "why the fuck did they bother?"

OK Diablo 3 is awesome. Very, very awesome, this expansion does all the things they should have done in the beginning.

It's almost if not better than D2 - yes I fully understand what I'm saying.

The new act is hard, enjoying it. Lots of monsters that slow you and lots of exploring to do.

Kinda tempted to get TR for another playthrough (OMG fancy hair!) but finding it hard to convince myself really. WIll probably pick thief up though.

Enjoying MGS now, would recommend. £30 does feel like a bit much for it, but whatevs. Nice to have some game choice on the console at last.

I'm really not an MGS fan so it'll have to be a lot cheaper than £30 to consider picking it up...

I wouldn't listen to them to be honest - you can pick it up for just over £20 if you look around. It's greatly changed the game but much for the better.

Depends what you mean? Auction house is closed. Legendary drops are more likely. You can now level well beyond 60 with paragon levels.

Looking for new items doesn't seem like a pointless slog - like it did pre 2.0.

They have added an adventure mode - go where you like and complete bounties.

It's going completely in the right direction imo.

If he's talking about the latest one, it's quite fun to play (less puzzly, more twang twang, slash slash, bang bang), but felt a bit like a shit action movie with overused lines, I'd says comparable to Farcry 3.

Wait till it go down in price.
