I dont understand the point of butter look-a-likes. Whats the point of churning vegetable oil up with chemicals to make it a solid fat? Even good quality olive oil works out cheaper than crappy margarine, tis what I use mostly - if im not in the mood for real butter that is.

Umm... well, actually, it would be "I can't believe I Can't Believe It's Not Butter is not butter."
Unless of couse you were simply stating that it is not butter... In which case you would be correct. I'll be quiet now.
