you think riots soon come?
dont think there is enough people interested enough.
I was in Hyde Park at Maggies poll tax riots, the last major civil disobedience,
cant see it happening again.
but youre right about the Tories, nauseating self satisfied poltroons -

Yeah I was there today, went down for the march didn't expect anything like what happened. Was inside the main building with my camera, took a load of photos, will share a few if anyone is interested?

Have to check all this music later, I'm on my phone right now...
Sorry to hear about troubles at t'mill, adroit... Screening went nicely! It's brilliant, been a while since I watched it. Will keep this thread posted early about upcoming screenings. Note for Diaries: January 8th at Open The Gate, Four Aces sound on tour begins... Details to follow.I went along Millbank yesterday. I imagine a mixture of real frustration and some 'encouragement' played their parts... I never seen trouble like that without wondering if there's some agents provoc' at work.

actually troubles seem to be OK, no serious pain, fully insured, and probably get a new car out of it, not that I like these things, but it will have a stereo, and it is winter, and I can listen to this

got this yesterday, was amazed to see them smiling during the carnage
-
• #790
Was it really that bad? I saw a few cracked windows, a bit of smoke in the area around the entrance to millbank. I didn't hang about long though.
-
• #791
Yeah it was pretty bad, they smashed all the main front windows then got into the building and started destroying everything inside. It was ridiculous, not what anyone of the organisers of the march wanted at all, just a couple of people starting all the violence, who I've got a photo of as well haha. Will upload more once I've finished, just thought that one was quite funny. How they can laugh during something like that I have no idea.
-
• #792
Aha, 'a couple of people'. Wonder what their motives are. Shocking to see how many photographers, like around Bank of England during G8, seem to be clustered around a choice window ready for someone to break it.
Your photo's excellent!^^

Aaah, they are genuinely happy, bless them!

its a circus, all the papers had the same shot on the front of these two goons kicking it in,
all nicely shopped with red flames like for full "anarchy in the U.K shock factor"fucking joke,
nearly a million people marched against the war in Iraq and did the Government listen? did they heck,
Blair should be on trial for war crimes, and meanwhile young men keep going to war and dying--in 2010--why is it countenenced???why why why, have we learnt nothing.
said it on the other thread,.
anything is acceptable as long as house prices dont crash.
post could be seen as incoherant, back to the music
