Ease up lads. he has put a bit of effort into that website, alright its not vanilla bikes but he clearly cares enough about this to invest time in this. fair play to him. don't get personal

Fair enough if it was just an 'I'm excited about fixies!' website, but it's not. He's selling. That warrants mockery, especially given the ..er.. skill with which the above droopy abomination was built (and proudly displayed on the web).
From the site:We predominantly sell reconditioned racing bike frames which are suitable for conversion into fixie bicycles. All frames have suitable 'horizontal' dropouts for use on a fixie. The frames are bead blasted and photographed in their original state. Customers are able to buy the frames as seen on the website or for an additional charge we can have them professionally spray painted in your desired colour.
In addition, we sell accessories and other reconditioned parts for bikes, such as inner tubes, hubs and short fixie handlebars. If we do not have a particular part that you require then please do not hesitate in contacting us and we shall do our best to find what you are looking for.
We also offer a bike building service, by which customers can specify what they require and a price for the completed project and we will build up the bike on your behalf.

I dunno i feel a bit guilty now looking at his website. I don't know why. Maybe because baby blue has pride of place on the front page. And he IS trying to spread bicycling.
Dude - if you're reading - I'm sorry for the diamond star thing and the 100 trillion dollar zimbabwean note. Yeah it was funny. But no one deserves to get their feelings hurt. If someone wants to buy that bike for a fairly inflated £600 they're the fool - you're just the fool who tried to sell it to people who know the price of every single component and sell more or less at cost on here...

I particurlarly enjoyed the history section. Simon Schama could not have been as erudite and learned.

I didn't actually make it through all the history section, I had to stop when I got to the part about couriers using flat bars to take boxes on.

In much the same way i wouldn't pay for a LBS to repair my puncture, hundreds do daily, we don't lambaste LBS for dumbing down or profiting off of peoples poor mechanical skills
It's by no means a website i'd bookmark, revisit or even finish reading.. but there are hundreds like it, can't see it as offensive but it's wrong to tear it to shreds. if you can do better do it man

I work at an LBS, and we most definitely DO lambaste other shops and websites for gross ineptitude, and for trying to exploit people (even 'fixie' people) who don't know any better. Not saying this guy's deliberately exploiting anyone, but at the very least it's downright dangerous to sell poorly-built bikes to newbs.
