Drugs binge in Amsterdam

The secret is not to smoke everyday for 4 years. I'm finding it very hard to stop. Mainly because I started mixing with tobacco and your brain makes connections with nicotine and that's not good.

I hear ya, skunk is bad for you mkay, hash on the other hand much is easier to control, "lighter" and more social, and ppl don't usually get the full on withdrawal syndrome with hash, much easier habit to kick if you want to curb your intake for a while. At least that is what friends told me ;]

I just dont like hash. I dont know what you guys call skunk but what I want is grass. Ie the leaves etc. no resin.

Oh - just get thai sticks or jamaican then.

In fact - just ask in the coffee shop. They will tell you how they grade both their hash and weed.

Yes it gives a bigger effect - usually.

They will sell you cake but it is hard to control the dose you have - particularly as it takes much longer to 'work'.

If you go down this route I'd nibble a bit and wait at least an hour until you have any more.

I've also found I get a lot more screwed on cake than smoking. My mum can also testify to this! She thought it would be better to eat a load of hash cake in amsterdam rather than smoke - she had a nightmare as did all of her friends.

Seriously though ask in a coffee shop - they are very helpful. A tip is to get out of the red light district and go to leidesplein - it's much more chilled. Am sure if there are any dutch people on the forum they can give better tips.
