Ta very much mate!

Molto grazias to Clefty for sorting this. Also to Chris for keeping it real - I'm guessing this could all be a bit stressy for the feller but he's been nothing but graceful with me and my daft questions.

Got my shorts and hiding hoodie the other day, I must say the difference in riding with the swrve shorts compared to jeans or bog standard shorts is immediatly noticeable, they do what they say on the tin. So glad you sorted out a discount for us.

calling cross dressing / modern gentlemen:
any guys here that tried the ladies shorts? Is the fit very different? Would really like a pair of the herringbone ones and they got them in L, would that work if I usually wear 32"?
-
• #157
You would be better emailing Chris about that I reckon. Herringbone was my first choice but they didn't have my size so I went for the Mexican 3/4s instead. Very happy with them.

Bern, whats te fit like on the hiding hoodie? I can't decide whether to go med or large. Did u ge thte bamboo or the tech fibre one? soo many questions!!!
-
• #159
I went for the tech fibre but only because bamboo wasn't there at the time, haven't really worn it much as its the wrong colour so I'm gonna send it back, got a small and it's nice and tight and the arms are a good length, if you want it a little loose go for a size up I reckon. I have a 37" chest and I'm 5'11" if that helps. Also the sizing chart is pretty accurate, maybe get the tape measure out.

I just went a little bit nuts and credit card took a beating! Bern more questions! how long did your stuff take to come?
-
• #161
Lets see, I ordered on the 22nd in the evening, had it by the 25th so quick turn around, can't fault it really. It might seem a little expensive but its worth every penny.
-
• #162
I ordered mine on the 25th and am still waiting, hopefully it'll turn up tomorrow. There could be a lot of orders to deal with. Last time I bought something it arrived within 2 days.

The postal strike may be affecting deliveries at the moment.

I had an email from Chris this morning - he's trying to source a courier to "bypass" the Royal Mail and get our products out to us. Can i just say how decent Chris is. He seems super busy at the moment, but has kept me updated on everything so far.
And thanks Clefty for sorting us out. Nice one. -
• #165
likely so, I order a 3/4 trouser last week, give it some time.
-
• #166
I'm in Edinburgh so not sure if I'll be effected in the same way as you guys
-
• #167
I ordered a pair of sale item jeans which were dispatched on the 16th of Sept and when they hadn't arrived by the end of last week I emailed Chris to enquire as to their whereabouts. When he explained that he'd sent them on the 16th it was obvious the postal strikes were to blame.
I've spoken to him again since and know that he's doing everything he can to sort out the problems people are having. I've never met Chris nor have I bought anything off him before, but I can't remember a nicer chap to deal with. If your waiting for stuff, rest assured he's doing what he can to sort it out.

I had a chat with him today, Royal Fail is doing his fucking head in.
-
• #169
speaking of royal fail, has fixed arrived in your office yet?
-
• #170
Oh fuck, yes I meant to tell you - it arrived at the beginning of the week, after having a shit day getting a package addressed with (spok of doom) entertained me no end.
Cheers mate :-)

• #173
Yeah, to echo the thanks for hooking this up, well done Clefty. Chris has been a 'ledge' with me, sending pics of certain caps and stuff. I won't hold my breath for the post.
-
• #174
stupid question time, but how do you specify a new Milwaukee when it comes to checking out on the site?
-
• #175
You don't. You email Chris directly and tell him the size and colour and he pre-orders it. He'll then email you saying he'll be in touch when they arrive.
From what Chris tells me, they are all varying thicknesses of Softshell, prob best to email Chris directly for clarification though.
