^Looking forward to it Tim.
To those expecting perro poles and Hells Belles heads. Aimee is hopefully picking these up today and bringing them home to our place tonight (big thanks due to her). If you want them tonight let me know.
I also took the liberty of picking up some M6 nylock nuts M6 countersunk bolts and an M6 threaded rod. If you want a nut and bolt and for me to wedge the nut down there let me know. Cost = £1 per pole.
You will also need to file a crown into the mallet tip....I'm not going to do this for you :)
could I hrab a bolt off you please Rich? Also you don't strictly need to make the crown into the head, I've never done it and not had any problems

So where did we say we'd meet at 10am sharp(!) in the morning? Options were on the road at PP; next to the Level on the Lewes Road side where the vans all park up; or in the lay by at the bottom of St James Street where Taj used to be. Anywhere better that anyone can think of?
Waiting for neighbour to get home to find out if we've got the bigger trailer...
My vote is for by the level...it's got more space to spend ages packing up the van! :)

I also vote for the road on the North of the Level. Union Rd it's called, I reckon Blaze will be up for that too. I'll be there just before 10.
-
• #2305
North end of the Level it is. Please can everyone try to be there on time, if not a few minutes early. I can be an impatient bastard and won't hang around waiting for too long.
-
• #2306
I'll do a text round to reiterate that fact :)
-
• #2307
Cheers Dice.
Reiterate what? That I can be impatient? Or that I'm a bastard?
Manana, amigo!

Bolts are reserved for those picking up poles so you have 2 sets if you want them. They are a quid each.
Tim - Any left over bolts you can have for sure

Man, 6pts for coming 9th!?
That's double what we got and the bottom bracket there (no pun) gets 2pts!
Have APC done enough tourneys to get a final NS placing?
edit: Judging by today's weather/light - Tomorrow may be our last Wed evening at PP - MEETING TIME!! Pub after playing??

APC formed for the LO and Bristol's been the only tourney since, so probably not going to qualify for an NS place this year. Might squeeze Cambridge in if it happens.
Definitely need to start as early as we can tomorrow - it's 7.30 and dark!
I'm up for a meeting afterwards. What do we need to talk about? I remember a conversation on the way back from Bristol about this but we kind of drifted off topic after not too long. So fucking polo...
- Indoor/lit court/warehouse
- Subs?
- Getting goals made.

What time are people heading down? I can be there early if there will be anyone around. I don't have a ball though.

Are these the courts at Moulsecoomb, Dice? Or are these attached to the leisure centre? Hard to tell.

Those look good! We should check them out!
-
• #2321
Shit man, if it's those then they are attached to a youth project building. I actually got ski poles from the guy there time ago. I bet I've still got his email address, I'll give it a try.
-
• #2322
OK, I've emailed the named person on the council website for that youth club. I'll let you know when I get a reply.
edit - out of office until Monday.

I've just gone a bit mad on the bike parts, I've got a dual lever coming. Gonna try out a big tyre on the front too as winter's coming ;)
