I am now the proud owner of a sickness-green Kona frame. I went to London and returned with my life intact, mad props due. She's small and hopefully quite nippy, MTB frames with track ends just don't come along that often!

That frame is pretty sick, Dice! Good find.

All props to Joe for spotting it. It's really quite small but I can't wait to build it up, don't hold your collective breath though - I can't afford the parts until next month! Custom wheel build from Liam? You can bet your bottom on it!
Here I am rambling about my own shit when I'm really most impressed at your performance in Cambridge. Massive respect for coming 7th, you've done a great job at advancing the cause :) When the seagull comes home to roost in Brighton I will retire!

Funny you should say that, I hear someone stole it this weekend... -

You got it! nice work there, how small is it? What are you thinking for the build?
gotta be these rims...http://www.tricktrack.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=10742&start=0
or these...http://store.velocityusa.com/products/productdetail/Chukker+-+26%22+-+Black/part_number=3900-559XX/7455.0.1.1.56990.94149.68363.95224.0?pp=12&:)

Joe, it's pretty small but not too small. It's hard to tell without building it up but standing over it feels alright - hopefully I won't bash my knees or else I'll be using a walking stick by the time I'm 40. I don't have the money to build nice wheels just yet, I'll start with cheapo ones just to get it running. All my money will go on the cranks and BB just now. Those Dodici rims are amazing, I DO WANT THEM.

I meant to post this...
6.4 – The attacking team can cross the halfway line once the other team has returned to their half of the court.
6.4.1 – A ball turnover may be awarded if the attacking team cross too soon.no mention of '2 players' Dice... :P
-
• #1788
Aye aye Joe, debating the rules with me just makes you uncool. I am the only one that's allowed to appear like a jobsworth dickhead, I think I got that 2 players thing from how the rules were played at our tourney. sighs
Found these rims for you 700ers - http://www.lfgss.com/thread66725.html#post2203336

Yeah, and as we hadn't read the rules properly, didn't use it to our advantage....like it would have made any difference against Electric Cream, lol :)

I'm up for Edinburgh Chris, I want to go and see my Mum. Murrayfield (the venue) is fecking miles out of the town centre though, beyond polo-biking distance!
edit: Oh yeah, Polo this afternoon from 3ish. It's showery but we had no polo on Sunday so I'll be down there. Also, I am off to the eye clinic today so I may be a bit blurry.
-
• #1796
Obviously you're not thinking what I'm thinking. I was thinking more along the lines of local press/town centre polo might be a good idea for our recruitment drive. Discuss.
Yes to polo this afternoon. I'm hoping to get away from here about 3. PP by half past.
Also, I've just bought some of these:
Good price if anyone else is thinking about getting padded up??

They've already sent them, Woody. Soz. Probably going to getting a pair of matching elbow pads though, quality dependent. Could do a joint order then if you like?
-
• #1799
