New bike under control. I have a 70s Harry Hall, with HF Record hubs/mavic tubs and about 1/2 a Nuovo Record groupset lined up. The 1949 3-speed may have been fun, but this year is about fast. Or at least faster. Or even just finishing..

yeah, fixed/singlespeed, fixed up hill singlespeed down - the decents are too long and fast to not do it that way

so any updates? anyone got this booked yet?
