I haven't found the old spreadsheet with the monthly government set prices in Cuba. I swear a couple years ago that thing was everywhere.

This is the closest I could find. The author says it's still updated but I think this might be a bit old. Still the prices give a ball park, and anything less would definitely be suspect.

With all 'deals' i am more concerned about tobaco beatles than poor smoke, I quarantine these cigars in a makeshift humidor for a few weeks (not much science behind this but makes me feel better)

2 hours of smooth delicious flavour.
I think they would only improve with age.
